Mr. Schrammek took time for a detailed conversation at the beginning, he guided us through the whole sales process, took over many things around the sale and informed us regularly, answered all questions helpfully and communicated exactly when documents had to be provided by us. For questions he was always approachable and available or got back to us immediately. The contact was professional and pleasant. The schedule was adhered to. We were not aware of everything that is involved in the sale of a property and would not like to imagine the procedure without experienced help. We recommend Mr. Schrammek without any reservation!

Mr. Schrammek was competent and reliable at all times. His honesty is impressive and creates trust. We can only recommend him as a top realtor. Particularly noteworthy was the art of selling our house within three months. This included preliminary talks, obtaining documents, etc., taking photos, preparing an Internet presence. Taking photos, preparing the Internet presence, house inspection, purchase contract, notary appointment.
I believe that not everyone can do that! Only Mr. Schrammek. We wish Mr. Schrammek all the best for the future.

Mr. Schrammek convinces with outstanding competence, reliability and perfect organization. We got to know him in two projects, both during the purchase and the sale. The very pleasant cooperation turned out to be an "all-round carefree package" in each case. The exposés are excellent. He is always a perfect companion during the selection and getting to know of the contract partners, over financing questions up to the explanation of the notarial sales contract.
