This included initial contacts with the city, the selection of a general contractor and, in particular, the development of a marketing strategy for the initial letting. Mr. Fuß assisted us with words and deeds in the planning law consultation of our conversion property, a former timber trade, which we had managed for more than 50 years. His many years of experience have been particularly helpful when it comes to difficult issues, starting with the consultation and ending with the negotiation with interested parties and the formulation of the lease agreement.
