It is a great pleasure and concern for us to share here our experiences regarding the highly competent, personal and goal-oriented support of Mr. Blume from Infinmi in obtaining a loan to finance a house purchase in Berlin.
As Germans living abroad, this was a rather complicated undertaking despite our creditworthiness and Mr. Blume managed to assist us persistently and patiently despite many obstacles.

We are very happy that we went to infinmi. We found our dream property at the beginning of April, were able to sign the notary contract less than a month later and move in at the beginning of June. Ms. Salbrecht was always available, so we were in constant contact to discuss the next steps for the financing. Despite a few stumbling blocks caused by the bank, we were always able to find a way to deal with and solve the problems. In the end, we found a very good financing solution and got by far the best conditions at the time.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, without you we would not be living in our dream home.

It was clear from the very first conversation that we had found the ideal partner in Ms. Salbrecht. No matter what question we had, the expert always had a well-founded answer - but more importantly, she explained the facts to us in such a way that even we, as laypeople, could understand the procedure. And if we didn't understand it the first time, Ms. Salbrecht - in her extremely pleasant manner - explained it to us again and, if necessary, a second time.

Ms. Salbrecht from infinmi GmbH arranged a loan for us to build our own home in the municipality of Oberkrämer. Despite unfavorable conditions (no use of equity capital, current consumer credit), she put together a package at reasonable conditions in line with the current market, which is well tailored to our income situation and absolutely viable for us. It should be particularly emphasized that Ms. Salbrecht is literally available at all times and also takes the time to respond to questions in detail in writing or by telephone, giving the pleasant impression that she is happy to take the time and never pushes or wants to get to the end. She has always given us a feeling of transparency and trust and we can recommend Ms. Salbrecht without reservation and with a clear conscience.

My review refers to Mr. Christopher Blume. We are very grateful that we came across this great expert. Mr. Blume has already helped us with several properties. We are invariably grateful for his support. He realistically assesses our financial situation and that of the properties and gives us honest feedback. When we have asked for an appropriate financing offer, it has always been the best interest rate (and we have always asked several providers) with the most comfortable financing rates. In the meantime, we no longer ask anywhere else because we already have so much trust in Mr. Blume. We simply know that he has the best financing framework for us. We can only recommend that you experience this yourself. What we particularly like is the communication and accessibility. Mr. Blume is understanding and always gives honest advice, even if a "no" sometimes hurts.
