Ms. Heike Höf-Bausenwein was extremely friendly and took a lot of time to explain all the necessary points of the "digital personnel file" to us. She was also able to explain points that didn't seem immediately understandable and explain them clearly. There were many new points that I wasn't aware of before and which helped me enormously in my decision-making process. A decision that was almost certain beforehand was completely reconsidered and changed, as there was a much better solution that I didn't know about before.
Ms. Höf-Bausenwein gives you the feeling of returning to your day-to-day work completely invigorated and full of energy after what you have learned. She is so optimistic and the feeling she gives you that you should see something good in everyone and that this sometimes changes your own view or attitude is simply admirable. And it really works! I got a lot out of the seminar, it was always exciting and informative. Heike Höf-Bausenwein knows what she can do and is passionate about her job. She has a great structure and always has time to respond to the individual wishes and topics of the participants. I really hope it won't be my last seminar with her!
