Obwohl wir einige Stolpersteine zu bewältigen hatten in der Implementierung der Software für BEM, waren die Mitarbeiter von ITSD stets professionell und hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, eine gute Lösung herzustellen. Vor allem unsere unmittelbare Kontaktperson bei ITSD hat es verstanden sehr gut zu vermitteln, wenn es mal geklemmt hat. In Bezug auf die Umsetzung des BEM im Betrieb ist die Software eine echte Unterstützung. Wir haben jederzeit den Überblick über den jeweiligen BEM Fall und im Vertretungsfall, kann ein Kollege unmittelbar einen Fall übernehmen, da alle Dokumente an einem Ort liegen und alle Termine in der Chronologie aufgelistet und mit Notizen ergänzt sind. Auch ist es sehr hilfreich, die jeweiligen Anschreiben in Sekunden aus dem Tool zu generieren und alle versendeten Dokumente auf einen Blick zu sehen. Insgesamt stellt die BEM Software von ITSD einen großen Nutzen dar.
