Jens is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He is always optimally prepared and tailors the training to individual needs. In addition to his qualities as a trainer, he has extensive knowledge regarding nutritional issues and also advises everyone here tailored to the individual challenges. Jens is always extremely friendly, always motivated and simply a wonderful person. For Jens, the people he coaches are something special and the support he provides brings you further holistically, athletically and health-wise. Jens is the best investment you can make.

Super trainer who responds individually to the needs and recognizes them very well. Absolutely recommendable and worth every penny ! The training not only brings a lot, it is also a lot of fun ! In the past I was rather a sports slacker, but thanks to Jens my motivation has skyrocketed. Back pain and other problems are completely a thing of the past.

Jens is a great trainer who knows a lot, works professionally and responds well to the wishes and needs of his protégés. The training with him is instructive, sweaty and has brought me further. Especially as a technique freak, I am always interested in correct execution. I was able to learn a lot and take away valuable tips that I incorporate into my own training. Every time I do a squat, I now have a little Jens sitting on my shoulder. :-)
His studio is very nice and equipped with everything the fitness heart desires. I like the quiet and relaxed atmosphere there, a perfect place to switch off after work and arrive at me and my body. Jens always creates a very efficient as well as varied and fun workout with great ideas and his uncomplicated manner. A very clear recommendation!

If you want to start doing sports at an older age, it is not easy to get started. Mr. Jens Stilger has led me, with his high professional competence, on a well prepared sportive way. During these training sessions you learn what is good and what could harm you. The learned correct body behavior has extremely promoted my mobility. Due to the controlled muscle building, my back problems have completely stopped.

Jens Stilger is very competent and attaches great importance to the correct execution to achieve not only the mutually agreed goals, but also to sustainably increase the health or functionality! The training is demanding and challenging, so I willingly and exhausted but happy and satisfied my favorite exercise ( signature of the completed training session on the tablet) to perform at the end ;-))

I have been training with him since May 2014 and was and am very satisfied with the training. I can only highly recommend Jens Stilger!!!

Just two years ago, my musculoskeletal system was very limited. Thanks to Jens, who professionally addresses my physical complaints, I feel fitter and more efficient. I am very impressed by his wide-ranging expertise and he always knows how to motivate me with his relaxed and humorous manner. After an intensive training session I feel exhausted and yet very well. I've been exercising for years, on and off with personal trainers. However, I have never stayed with a trainer over such a long period of time and so continuously. Training with Jens is simply something special: it's fun and clears my head for the demands of everyday work, shoulder and knee problems have been resolved, and I'm even satisfied with the "look" for the first time. Jens is very engaging, always adapts to his counterpart - and simply has a very pleasant manner and good manners. For me, training with Jens is the mental and athletic wellness highlight of the week!

From the large number of personal trainers here in Frankfurt, he stands out very positively on the one hand professionally and on the other hand through his calm, pleasant manner. He demands a lot in training, pushes you to the limit and also explains and supports a lot. And Jens, unlike many others, pays very close attention to correct execution, which is very important to me personally.

As a beginner, training with Jens was exactly what I needed: someone who is professional, attentive, understanding, educational, pleasant and exudes a very natural way. He always manages to motivate people so that we/I give my best. He is always open and available for questions.

Working on my fitness with Jens is just fun. Which is not to say that he doesn't push me to my own limits time and time again. Before I started training with him, I had severe back pain from all the desk work as an IT worker. Thanks to his great professional know-how and sustained care, these are now history. In addition, I am fit as never before. I can only recommend Jens as a personal trainer in Frankfurt to anyone who really cares about their health.
