I was very satisfied. Mr. Gramlich listened carefully and asked questions to understand my case exactly. He communicated clearly what my legal options were and what results I could expect. He was easy to reach without long waiting times and the whole process went quickly. The secretariat also worked very professionally in the background and contributed to a smooth process. The hourly rates are - as far as I can tell - in the upper range, but absolutely reasonable for the service you get. I felt very well looked after and can recommend this law firm with a very clear conscience.

I am very satisfied. Despite very lengthy negotiations, Mr. Gramlich worked very well for me. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the legal dispute.
I have a rare disease and it was not easy for me to assert my rights.

We consulted the RAe in the matter of company closure insurance / Corona claim. From the entire process (appointment, concrete proposals, telephone appointment) everything went smoothly, precisely and extremely pleasantly. Through the consultation, we as insurance brokers were able to give our client a clear recommendation for action, which we felt was justified "correctly, fairly and above all extremely competently". This is how one imagines legal advice to be. Really good.

We consulted the law firm Jöhnke & Reichow for the assertion of BU claims. Attorney Bernhard Gramlich was responsible for our case. He was very knowledgeable about the case. We were able to reach an out-of-court settlement with the insurer in the form of a one-time compensation agreement. The case was resolved satisfactorily for us. Since we have legal protection insurance, it covered the legal costs for this case.

We started as i-plus-a GmbH in 2014 as brokers with the desire for change. Fee-based consulting was the goal. Along the way, I got to know the firm, represented by Jens Reichow at a seminar in the Rhine-Main area. We were immediately (at least from my side ;-)) sympathetic. Due to the change of the legal form into an AG at the beginning of 2019 and the name change to revaluate AG, the need for a permanent mandate became obvious. Here I remembered Mr. Reichow and dug out an old offer. A short phone call was enough to "book" the mandate. The first inquiries to the firm showed the mutual benefit. Competence and friendliness are probably set in stone here..... Thus, I gladly and justifiably give this "High" rating. Jörg Bollmann, Member of the Board of revaluate AG
