The course instructor was able to empathize with every situation and give very good suggestions for a solution. Very competent and structured approach. Each course participant could influence at any time to bring his needs into account. All in all, a very good course, which certainly offers the tools to get ahead in Leadership and management work.

As part of my self-employment, I have already used the coaching, and in my case "Genius Do Development Dialogues", of Jürgen Schmidt-Hillebrand for the second time and am once again thrilled. Through his approach, we quickly got to the essentials, followed by effective approaches to solutions, which we always worked out together. Our cooperation was characterized by the balance of individual development possibilities and clearly structured approaches.
His manner is very understandable and structured, the coaching is appreciative and empathetic. The process is effective and efficient - of course, during the process you have to be willing to shake up entrenched structures and ways of thinking and to look beyond your own horizons in order to ultimately recognize the difference between cause and effect. I felt very well taken care of and am currently successfully in the implementation phase of the findings. I can only recommend Jürgen Schmidt-Hillebrand!

Shortly after taking over a management position in my company, I participated in a course by Jürgen Schmidt-Hillebrand. The course and the joint discussion and analysis of practical cases with the other participants was enormously enriching and relevant to practice. One focus of the course was the transfer of the course content into future practice, which was also very successful in my everyday work. I can therefore only recommend the course and will certainly make use of further coaching sessions.

I know Mr. Schmidt-Hillebrand through the seminar Leadership, Cooperation & Communication, and he also accompanies me and my business partner as a coach.
He helped me a lot to find my way into my role as a leader and to develop it further. I came back from the seminar so motivated and with many great ideas. Afterwards, I was able to organize my way of working much more effectively. I am still enthusiastic about the methods.
In coaching, it's quite often that we discuss a situation... we get tips... and you just sit there and think to yourself, "yeah right, why haven't I always done it that way?"
Sometimes it's just little phrases from him that change your whole thinking or make things seem so clear. I am really thrilled and glad that Mr. Schmidt-Hillebrand has supported me so far and I am also looking forward to further cooperation and many "aha-moments"

At a time when I couldn't see the forest for the trees in my company, I looked for a first-class sparring partner and found him in Jürgen Schmidt-Hillebrand. In our very first meeting we got to the heart of the matter through a very clever structure of questions. I was and am touched by his unerring intuition and his gentle empathy. The sparring sessions are characterized by a clear view of priorities and strategic action.

With Mr. Schmidt-Hillebrand as a stable companion with foresight, it is even fun to get even larger chunks out of the way. Without exception, every sparring appointment so far has been associated with valuable insights. Within a short time, with his help, I have removed corporate building blocks that no longer serve me. At the same time, I was able to create new structures that give me creative room to maneuver and get me to my goals faster.

I am so grateful that in Mr. Schmidt-Hillebrand I have found not only a highly competent entrepreneurial companion, but also a wonderful person with whom I enjoy exchanging ideas and in whom I have complete trust.
