I found the advice I received from Andrea Huinink to be very valuable. Thanks to the combination of her specialist knowledge and her direct and warm manner, I always felt comfortable and confident during the coaching. You can tell that she enjoys her work and takes pleasure in it. In my opinion, the premium training is also very well thought out and sensibly structured. In a very short time, Ms. Huinink analyzed the chaos in my head, structured it and worked out solutions with me that I could not develop on my own. I learned to appreciate her open and cheerful manner and felt very comfortable in the coaching. It is especially important to me that we developed a realistic path for my career and life planning that suits me personally and is feasible - several goals that I am now working on. Based on her personal experience, methodological competence and empathy, she manages to take all things in an appreciative manner and to take action piece by piece with a focused view forward. I am very happy that I was able to experience coaching with her and look forward to working with her in the future.

Andrea is very experienced in her consulting. Her experience and perfectionism helps to create a resume of the highest quality. She takes a lot of time and gives excellent tips for preparing the next career steps. The 'Premiumtraining' app she offers and the recordings of the video calls support the coaching conversations.
