I really like Kathleen's calm and pleasant voice. I've already tried a few meditations, and when the voice wasn't pleasant, I didn't listen at all. This is different with her.
As I've only done the exercise once, I can't say too much about the effect yet. I have
only noticed that I was somehow calmer and felt better after doing it once. And in my head. It's difficult to describe. I will definitely continue.

I heard about Kathleen for the first time through the podcast Glowcast and I have to say that I immediately liked her manner - her voice, her answers, the feeling she conveyed. I have to say that I had previously invested in 2 very large and really expensive coaching sessions, but unfortunately with the wrong intention and without listening to my gut feeling, so they were two bad investments that resulted in one thing in particular - a big hole in my wallet. As a result, I was naturally super skeptical and also a little scared to spend the money on another coaching session with Kathleen, but my gut feeling told me 'Do it! It will be worth it! And what can I say, Kathleen is the best coach I can imagine. Not only did she make me feel that I and my needs were seen in every one of our - very personal - sessions, but I also felt completely valued and understood. We recently had our last 1:1 coaching appointment, but I told Kathleen straight away that I would like to take advantage of this kind of coaching from time to time. It was 150% the right decision and I would do it again and again and can recommend Kathleen to anyone who wants a (business/mindset) coach who has heart and mind.
