We find it very unfortunate that the review was published anonymously without the possibility of the author contacting us and that we were unable to attribute the incident to a guest, as no one commented on it. With regard to the rebooking options, we would like to point out that these are only offered at our discretion and must fit in with the occupancy calendar, especially in summer, as we cannot cause a gap of three days in advance due to the strong seasonality. We ask for your understanding and hope that you, dear author, will read our comments and understand the procedure. We are very sorry that we obviously did not communicate this sufficiently on site.
