In response to an advertisement for the sale of our condominium, numerous estate agents contacted us with almost identical texts. As a result, we researched a number of estate agents in order to place the marketing in professional hands. Our choice fell on Kensington International Immobilien, Alster office. After a first extensive phone call with Mr. Stahn, the chemistry was right and the proposed approach convinced us immediately. We did not feel under pressure and the positive impression was confirmed at a first meeting on site with Mr. Stahn. Mr. Stahn impressed us with his creativity, constant new ideas and professionalism in order to support sales in the best possible way through various channels. He also took care of our inquiries to the authorities and his availability was also very important. We were able to sell the property successfully within 5 months.
