We recommend Klavierhaus Köpenick without reservation. We had our old family piano overhauled. Mr. Czekalski came to our home and gave us friendly and competent advice. He picked up the piano and when it was ready, we were invited to a sound test in the workshop. The piano looks like new and has a beautiful sound! We are very satisfied.

I just want to start learning to play the piano and was therefore looking for a piano for installment plan. I found Klavierhaus Köpenick on the Internet, and an appointment was quickly made. Because I came by S-Bahn, I was picked up from the station, and in the piano workshop in Gosen, I received friendly, competent and patient advice. The choice was not easy for me, because I have no experience with pianos, but in the end I knew which one I wanted. The piano was then reserved for me for a few days because I first had to look for piano lessons, and during my second visit to conclude the contract, Mr. Gustat patiently answered any further questions I had. The whole team there is incredibly friendly. Today the piano was delivered and got the best place in the room. A big thank you to all! Now the piano playing can begin!

And the team seems to want to meet every customer request, whether special varnishing or the partial or complete refurbishment of the wood or an instrument, no matter how old and in what condition!
Several gems and treasures that have their own stories to tell were standing around ready to play. I felt super advised and got my "love at first sight" a very small, almost hundred year old piano with the help of the piano house and the transport team from Piano Express even over the narrow stairs into my small study. This was only possible because of the good advice. Great team, good and fair prices, but above all a lot of quality, thank you.

In search of a grand piano, we visited the Klavierhaus Köpenick some time ago. The variety of instruments is overwhelming! There are pianos of all well-known manufacturers and years of construction on display and can be played. Thus, we could wonderfully compare the different sound and playing characteristics of the instruments. All of the grand pianos are restored and brought back to life in the large in-house workshop with a high level of craftsmanship. Mr. Gustat took a lot of time and gave us an interesting tour. His expertise was evident in the detailed explanation of the work performed, as well as his vast knowledge of the individual instruments. I can only recommend a visit to Klavierhaus Köpenick to anyone looking for a perfectly restored instrument!

I bought a Bechstein grand piano model B Bj1914. The appearance from the outside and inside (mechanics) is perfect and flawless, like brand new, unbelievable. The sound and touch are more than enchanting, I would never have thought such a thing possible. All this at a fair price, which was also below the average offers of other sellers. The consultation was also very pleasant, very detailed, without "pressure" and open-ended. Plenty of time to play all possible instruments in peace. The sale then also very uncomplicated and simple. When it came to the transport then because of the shipping company to a delay, accommodating without demand on my part. All in all, a very fair purchase of an absolutely excellent piano. I clearly recommend Mr. Gustat to everyone!
