The consultation felt like "fast-fast" . You had the feeling you were interfering, the case was stupid ...just not a good feeling. Attached document was hardly mentioned and I did not feel it was read. Nothing came of the so-called "assessment of your chances of success" and "concrete recommendations for action". I could have saved myself the 20 euros.

it was the worst service experience I have ever had since I moved to Germany.

I found Klugo online, passed through an online questionnaire to explain the case, got a message that Klugo can help with my case and provide a first consultation if I register for a fee of 20€.
I payed the 20€ to recieve first consultation regarding a parking violation fees which were too high as the City have towed my car and want to charge me very high rate for the towing service.
I wanted to get some advice on how to deal with the situation, which arguments can I use to object against the charges.. etc.

The lawyer was so rude and impatient, he just interrupted me while explaining the situation, said that he will neither listen nor speak until he reads the case file (which I don't have), insisted on that and then hang up on me!

Complete improfessional, I do not recommend!

I am not satisfied with the consultation at all.
First of all, I was not called in the promised time window and had to be connected by phone to some lawyer whose name I have never really heard, who was not informed of my data attachment and request.
When I asked him about it, he said annoyed:"Now just tell!"

After description of my concern:...".Passes nothing" on inquiring whether there are problems"No"

So very short and unqualified, hardly said anything....

I was not called on the agreed date, after a call to the specified phone number "Contact" and small dwell in the waiting loop, I was put through after my complaint directly to a free lawyer Robbel in Euskirchen. ( unfortunately something far from my place of residence ) There with the secretariat a new date agreed upon, then the recall took place on schedule. The consultation was pleasant, the lawyer was very focused and the topic was grasped and all legal aspects of the issue were tiefgehnd explained, so that I can confidently take the further legal action.

Offer on the Internet is free consultation. During the telephone consultation, the employee did not even know what it was about, although I had uploaded all the documents in the online application and for further advice would then be due an amount. I have described a case in which I would have liked to have had an initial assessment by a lawyer. At the appointed time, I had to wait half an hour on the phone because there was no available lawyer. After 30 minutes the conversation was interrupted and not restored.
So the promised consultation did not take place.

Overall UNSatisfIED and therefore I tend to recommend Klugo only conditionally. Although the initial contact with the advising law firm was prompt, the agreed subsequent processing of my request (examination of a form lease) was extremely slow from start to finish, and the consultation that finally took place after a week by e-mail was rather superficial and caused me further questions and ambiguities. In addition, the lawyer tersely informed me in his email that he was now absent for a longer period of time and referred me to the general info@ address of his law firm for questions, instead of naming a representative, as expected, who could have answered my questions in his absence promptly and without additional costs. Only after I complained to the law firm in writing via email were my questions answered, but incompletely. The whole matter was very stressful and extremely unsatisfactory. In particular, the slow and superficial quality of the advice cost me valuable time in my negotiation with my landlord and caused inconvenience.
