The trainer pays close attention to whether we are doing the exercises correctly. He motivates us and it's a good, relaxed atmosphere. So we are already looking forward to the next time and the (hopefully) upcoming successes.

I have been training at Körperformen in Brühl for over two years now. I am very satisfied with the training and the training conditions. Above all, I appreciate the fact that the training is constantly being thought through and developed. Such new impulses motivate me and lead to the fact that also the "fun factor" does not come too briefly durably. I would especially like to emphasize the flexibility in scheduling appointments. That works out very well! In this respect: Körperformen Brühl - definitely worth a recommendation!

Very good individual training with possibilities to work on and improve own weak points in the body - my lower back has improved significantly and I can better perform my dance training through the training on the upper back, because I get targeted exercises. Apart from the very satisfying results (more stable joints due to strengthened muscles, better mobility and an overall better body feeling), I am delighted every week anew about the positive mood during the workout. Even though it can be very strenuous, I don't get overwhelmed. And it's always fun!

I've been training at Körperformen Brühl for 2.5 years now and currently have the impression of having reached a point of standstill in terms of my physical development. The question is: how can I overcome this point?
One point that really bothers me: I find the training clothes massively overpriced. After all, they are cheap, synthetic material. I wish that something would change about this skewed price-performance ratio.

Thank you for your review! A temporary standstill is quite normal during training. We can easily counteract this with an adjustment to your training schedule! Please just ask your trainers about it at the next training and we will take care of it together! Concerning the training clothes it should be said that with the outfits from mihabodytec we not only have the market leader as a partner, but we can also show German quality. Part of the material is synthetic which offers the following advantages (latest generation):
- optimal moisture management
- especially pleasant feeling on the skin
- colorfast even after many washings
- sustainably produced and biodegradable
- equipped with Sanitized Actifresh
- washable up to 60° and suitable for tumble-drying
In addition, the laundry is thus OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Recommendation
After being diagnosed with a mild herniated disc, I was advised to build up the muscles in my lumbar region. The training with you has already helped me a lot in just one month.
Through the effective training and a change in diet, I had really visible and tangible success after a short time. Even after my hip surgery, you were able to get me back in shape very quickly.
Unfortunately, I could not continue the training after three years of membership due to unemployment. But I can only warmly recommend EMS training to anyone who wants or needs to do something for their muscles and fitness in a short time and doesn't have much time.
It is effective and suitable for all ages and the trainers are very competent and respond specifically to each situation.
Keep up the good work and I hope to train with you again soon.
