I had my consultation with Lea Mansdörfer.
I particularly liked the fact that Lea was extremely flexible in adapting to me as a customer. She explained the topics relevant to me so simply that I was able to follow along very well and even understood some topics correctly that I had obviously misunderstood before. If I had any questions, she answered them either directly or at a later, more appropriate moment.

I had my first contact with Lea Mansdörfer while on vacation. A friend found out about my emergency situation while I was on vacation and put me in touch with her. Lea proved to me that she puts people first. She let deeds speak for themselves, as I was very distrustful of the financial and insurance sector due to bad previous incidents.

Although it took time and several appointments were necessary, we came to a conclusion about my insurance and finances that I am aware of. I know what I have. I know what I need to do. And if I don't know, I ask Lea.

As a consumer/customer, it's the kind of advisory situation I've always wished for and finally found in my early 30s.

We had the consultation with Lea Mansdörfer and Anatolij Kiselev. They really opened the eyes of my family and me. They were able to put themselves in our shoes very well and made a great effort to really understand our situation.
We talked about many topics, such as our insurance policies, pensions and finances in general.
It took several meetings before we reached the result we have now. But I had the impression that these were really necessary in our situation.
They were always very patient with us and super understanding. Nevertheless, they handled the issues very professionally.

The result is that my family and I save on taxes, have a strategic plan for the future and we now know how we can get money back from the health insurance company, for example. The way we deal with our finances has simply become much better.

At the beginning I was very, very suspicious as to whether they would really be able to help me and whether this wouldn't be a typical sales pitch. All my doubts were dispelled after the first phone call. After my first conversation with Debora and Valentina, I was informed and asked a lot of questions about my situation and plans. I realized that I simply didn't know enough about many things.
The result: I save on taxes, have a plan for my future, get money back from my health insurance and can plan better and more securely for my future.

Very human, relaxed and professional. That's how I feel.

I received excellent advice from Lea Mansdörfer. There were problems with my old building society and Lea immediately offered her support to sort it out. In general, I'm very happy with the result so far, I got out of the old, expensive contracts and was given very good advice in my opinion. I was looked after very well and my wishes were also taken into account (e.g. the composition of the ETFs in the new Continental pension plan). It took several meetings before we came to a result, but I had the impression that these meetings were also necessary so that we could come to the result that was "tailor-made" for me. Thumbs up from me :)

I had my consultation with Debora and Valentina. I thought I had an overview of everything. I was introduced to the 3 account system, which was a highlight for me, so that I could manage my finances in the short and long term. It also turned out that I didn't have an overview of everything and that existing contracts could be extremely discounted and I even receive a subsidy for my existing contracts. I never had the feeling that I was being sold something. On the contrary, my wishes and I as a person were taken very seriously and everything was asked down to the smallest detail. From the very beginning, the conversation was at eye level, Valentina and Debora are two very friendly and nice advisors. It was not a run-of-the-mill consultation.

They helped me a lot to optimize contracts and save my money. Deborá and Valentina are reliable in their work and easy to reach. Questions are answered and, if necessary, explained several times to make it understandable. My highlight was the change of health insurance, which gave me money that I wouldn't have known on my own and would never have realized.

I am very satisfied with the advice I received from Debora & Valentina. I received good advice on every insurance topic, from compulsory health insurance to dental insurance, private wealth accumulation and statutory health insurance. As a result, I receive €500 as a premium (with the statutory health insurance) for visits to the doctor that I make anyway. Therefore 5 stars for the friendly, competent and quick advice.

I was recommended Lea Mansdörfer "at the right moment" by an acquaintance. The introduction to her work was enough to convince me. When she presented the concept to me in the second appointment, I was really impressed because she really thought about all areas and took my priorities into account. My biggest highlight was that she showed me how my money works for me without risk (and that I'm not always just working for my money). She also showed me, for example, how I can get my work cover paid for by my health insurance. I feel very well looked after by Lea, especially because I am always brought up to date on the latest developments and the collaboration is always fun, even though the topics are actually rather dry.

I had my consultation appointments with Sebastian and Beatrice. Both took a lot of time each time and were always able to answer all my questions in detail. The scheduling was always very flexible and the atmosphere during the appointments was consistently positive and relaxed.
