Very nice, informative and friendly, insightful conversation. Mr. Tüzuen was friendly and open-minded, very calm in his choice of words. He never gave the feeling of ending the conversation. I was impressed by the phone call with him.

I have been an insurance broker for over 20 years and have also been brokering K&M for over 11 years. But I have never experienced a process from submission to completion of approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes. That was simply great!!!!

Today, one day later, I received a letter from K&M saying that they only want to continue our contract with a deductible of €500. I called them immediately and spoke to Ms. Yvonne Lange. Ms. Lange is still waiting for an e-mail from me, so perhaps the person reading this can intervene again. The contract is dated 01.01.2013, there are 4 claims that have been settled and one with €0 reimbursement. Three claims are storm damage, one for €80, one for €430 (yesterday) and one for €1,140 in 2013 (i.e. over 10 years ago). One claim was for glass damage for around €350.

I would prefer the contract to remain as it is at the moment. I'm curious to see if I get a message on my Feetbeek.

I still had a question about the police report we needed, as nothing had been stolen from us yet. They were kind enough to explain everything to me clearly on the phone so that we could approach the police and tell them exactly what else we needed. Communication was very good throughout the entire process.

Very attentive and competent. No question was too much for him. I had the impression that he enjoyed his work. That's not always a given these days.
