Now that the purchase contract could be implemented, we would like to thank Mr. Uhlmann again for the excellent support. From the very first contact, Mr. Uhlmann stood by us as a professional and prudent advisor for the planned purchase. Very important for both contracting parties were his many years of market knowledge, his understanding of the individual interests of buyer and seller as well as his very effective way of working. After only three viewings, we were able to make a binding offer and sign the purchase contract only two weeks later. Mr. Frank Mayer , Fa. Korrekt Immobilien, is a highly motivated employee of his company. Our meetings in relation to house / land sales in Wahnsdorf Langenwiesenweg were always positive for customers and sellers. His profound knowledge of land / houses had a positive effect on every buyer. The elaboration of the exposé to the property are vorbidlich and time-consuming.
The footage taken by drone shows every potential buyer the beauty of the location of the property and the development directly. My assessment is not taken out of the air, I have other Exposees other providers. Mr. Mayer is an excellent real estate salesman and thus sold my property. Thank you Mr. Mayer !!!
