I was in a legal dispute with a service provider for almost 10 months. Unfortunately, we could not reach an agreement at first, so I had to hire, among others, the law firm Kraemer.Law, who was already involved with some info on these corporate structures, through the additional info I could provide, we have now finally managed to reach an agreement that was okay from the point of view of all involved.

The communication was absolutely perfect, short ways via email, phone and social media (I have never reached a lawyer so fast!).

If you need (legal) support in the field of marketing or coaching you are definitely right with this law firm.

Absolutely recommendable, thank you for the good cooperation.

Mr. Krämer supported me because I was "trapped" in a coaching that no longer offered me a service but wanted to take a five-figure amount.
I have described him short and crisp my situation and he knew immediately how and what to do.
No sooner said than done! Two days later my coaching was dissolved and I was free from any demands of the coaching provider.
In addition, it must be said that Mr. Krämer advised me completely free of charge and the first meeting was enough to clarify everything else.
Absolutely recommended should you have a problem with various service providers. In the future, my first contact when it comes to such matters.

Mr. Krämer is incredibly committed and friendly.

Just by a short free phone call I was able to save myself 1600 €. I was really desperate with the B2B contracts which some coaches present as "safe" and it took me exactly 1 year to get out of it. A 10 minute conversation with Mr. Krämer could have saved me the year of stress and costs directly if I had known about this option at the time.

For me it is certain, if a coaching is booked again, I would like to know very gladly Mr. Krämer at my side. As I then prefer to pay money to a dedicated lawyer to cover me than to a coach who rips me off. I myself am now active in the coaching industry and therefore know even more how important such lawyers like Mr. Krämer are, since this industry is growing exponentially it is especially important to have a legal eye on it.

My lawyer at the time could not deal with the realities of the coaching industry, and therefore could not get me out of it. Mr. Krämer, however, has the necessary knowledge. In such matters, it is simply important to have someone on your side who knows what is at stake.
