Ich besuche das Studio „Kraftquelle „ nun schon seit 4 Jahren .
Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und mir hat das effektive Training sehr geholfen meinen Körper auf Vordermann zu bringen !
Mein Gewicht halte ich nun mit 2 mal Training in der Woche . Heißt , 1x cardio und 1x Krafttraining .

Die Trainer sind sehr gut geschult und es macht tierischen Spaß in einem Studio zu sein , was gepflegt und sehr gut zu erreichen ist.

Auf eine direkte und schnelle Art und Weise ist es möglich, bei kraftquelle Termine zu machen, zu bekommen und seine persönlichen Trainingsziele zu erreichen. Die Trainer gehen auf individuelle Schwächen und Stärken ein und setzen auch diverses Trainingsgerät ein.
