Mrs. Krapf takes her time to inspect the object in a first appointment.
The subsequent evaluation is very well-founded and above all extremely realistic, just according to the actual condition of the object. Thus it gives already for the potential buyers a good insight into possibly necessary/possible work and/or relativizes exaggerated expectations which are too optimistic and thus do not fit to the object.
I think exactly that makes also the successful and fast switching of the objects to the buyers. And that even in the current, somewhat tense situation in the real estate market with rising loan interest rates.
Even though we were expecting a longer sales phase together, we reached our goal after just under three weeks. The support during the entire time was completely uncomplicated.

The sale of my property would be very competently planned by Ms. Krapf and driven forward with great commitment. Her advice was very important for me, who had not yet sold a property: all questions were answered comprehensively and conclusively. Her execution of the entire offer, inspection, negotiation and closing process up to the handover was transparent at all times and also indispensable for me. Performance and payment were in a very reasonable ratio.
If I had other properties to sell, I would gladly hire Ms. Krapf again at any time.

My husband had found Immobilien Krapf via the Internet. How big was then the surprise when we met Mrs. Krapf. With her professional but always human manner, we quickly found ourselves in good hands. She is super friendly and helpful. She is reliable, cosmopolitan, and simply top in her communication. Even time differences, we live on the other side of the world, were no problem here. Mrs. Krapf has a positive attitude, especially towards authorities, which was indispensable for the success of the sale. She is trustworthy and always advised us well, explained procedures in detail, initiated and then completed the necessary steps.
