I was actually quite happy with my job when Mr. Kratzer called me and told me about the new position. It sounded really interesting. We even met in person. He gave me all the important information about the position and I was surprised at how well he knew the job and the company. He was able to answer all my questions well. He prepared me well for the interview, including the dress code. The organization and communication were really great and I felt perfectly looked after. It was really nice that he was there at the interview. I've never experienced anything like it. I signed the employment contract after just 4 weeks. I have to say he helped me get a dream job, great company, great boss, helpful colleagues, a working environment where I can contribute and a really good salary. Thank you very much Mr. Kratzer ☺

Unfortunately, Mr. Kratzer does not look after private clients, but I would still like to give him a positive rating.

The reasons for this are:
In a non-binding conversation lasting about 30 minutes, Mr. Kratzer gave me many useful tips for improving my personal appearance and my own profile and document compilation despite his rejection. In addition, Mr. Kratzer assured me of advisory support should the hoped-for success in my search for a new professional challenge not materialize.
He listens very attentively and is quick as an arrow in finding individual solutions.

He takes his time, looks behind the scenes
and gives very valuable advice that is really tailored to the customer.
He uses all his experience as a personnel consultant and as a person.
He has a broad portfolio of techniques at his disposal and I believe
he advises no two clients in the same way, but each one optimally.
