At the beginning of my master's thesis, I thought about whether writing coaching would make sense. That's how I found Manuel and his team. Already in the strategy meeting, they focused on me and looked to see if I could be helped at all and not just sold something. I had writing blocakden, no plan, fear or the eyes, was focused on the fear. I said to Manuel, I have 2 months left. He said, no, no, you have 2.5 months left. Let's do it. I had already started the work when I came to Manuel and had made many mistakes. I should have built up the work with Manuel from the beginning. Then my dyslexia is still a problem. My approach was unplanned and unprinted and doomed to failure in the beginning. I thought. In the beginning I had trust issues but decided to build 100% trust and just do what Manuel and his team tell me to do. At first I didn't understand why I should write my schedule, because I wanted to continue working on my ARbite. At some point, however, I just implemented because I saw that the Anwesisungen of the TEam makes sense. The detailed feedback helped me to see that Manuel and his team are dealing with my issue and thus the confidence has grown. I liked the approach to individual problems and that I can ask the coaches anything at any time. The answers were great. The composition of the coaches is perfect: the caring, the direct, different personalities, all helpful. My work was compared with the work of other students: I wrote 3 x as much as other students, despite Legasthein. I was glad I chose coaching. the coaches helped me to gebne gAs. Each coach shakes you up and helps in their own way. The thing that helped me the most to reach my goal was the schedule, although I criticized that the most in the beginning. The schedule helped me to orientate and structure myself. It allowed me to say no to friends when they asked me out. It gave me a framework. Also the structured and systematic approach I was taught helped me to move forward quickly. THen also the team kept looking to see if I was on time and asked where my problems were and gave me a push. When I saw the NOte 2, it was a great feeling. I was so really proud because I was expecting a 4. Even the lecturer didn't believe that I could do it. But Manuel said, "No, don't listen to him, you can do it, you're with us.
