I bought a gaming laptop in September/October 2023 and am very satisfied.
Advice was excellent. After the ideas were mentioned, three offers of the compilation and personal recommendations came.
Laptop optimally optimized.
The technical support is fast and excellent when it comes to assistance and difficulties. Approx. 5 min. phone call and the cause is found and fixed.
First class and a clear recommendation.

Received my PC yesterday. The shipment was within the specified time. PC was undamaged thanks to good transport protection.

The assembly and especially the cable management are excellent. You can tell that every single PC is assembled with great care. Installing the graphics card was no problem thanks to the pre-routed cables.

Only the delivery by DHL did not go quite according to plan. Announced for Thursday and received the message shortly before the end of the working day that delivery was not possible today and would have to be postponed to the following day.

Super store, gladly again.

Individual combinations are developed together. In the event of problems, support is quickly available and offers competent solutions. Even a small warranty case, where the 25 KG tower had to be sent in, was resolved perfectly and flawlessly.

Today my baby turned 1e week and I am still in love! I have (DasMonty Edition 4070Ti) It's my first gaming PC and it's PERFECT!

I have put together a high-end gaming PC myself. Based on a YTber, I modified it slightly according to my ideas.
I then presented the whole thing to Krotus, the boss himself.
After some reworking/modification, he was able to implement my ideas in full.
During processing, I also made a change / TB of the SSD M2.
This was no problem in a personal telephone conversation.

Before production, I was informed that due to a certain manufacturer, production could take a little longer, as a pre-order was necessary

I built a gaming PC from Krotus Computer and then got it and what else can I say, packaging very good, assembly was easy by hand, PC was already installed by Krotus Computer with all new updates, Windows 11, graphics card update, water cooling software which was very good because you only have to install your games and can start right away many thanks for that dear Krotus Computer team, the PC is top processed including cabling here was worked with a lot of attention to detail.
If you are looking for a gaming PC, Krotus Computer is the right supplier, there is nothing negative to be found here.

I recently bought a PC from Krotus on the recommendation of my cousin and had it delivered. The website is very clear. There is something for every budget. I used the configurator to put together my dream PC based on the suggested computers. The delivery was incredibly fast and the computer was securely packaged. The graphics card came in an extra package as it is huge. The inside of the computer was installed neatly and tidily. It looks really great. Also thanks for the link to the video on how to install the graphics card. All in all, I can recommend the store. :)

I ordered an individual configuration, which arrived safely packaged, undamaged and perfectly assembled today.
My ''special request'' to connect a 2x8 pin connector to the power supply due to an existing graphics card was also fulfilled.
I can recommend Krotus Computer without reservation.

Product was super packed no empty spaces no wobbling possible.

PC itself mega cable management very clean you can see that professionals work.

If you want to buy a PC, you should only order from Krotus. Here you are in good hands as a customer and don't have the feeling of simply being a customer, as with the larger competition. Here, wishes and requests are also taken into account after the order.

Satisfied customer, - clean processing of my computer, which arrived solidly packaged. A small deduction in the B grade: As a customer, I would have liked a small update by e-mail during the waiting phase between delivery difficulties and assembly. (You are sitting on hot coals of expectation ;)

It took a little while for the computer to be delivered, but the service, communication and price were impeccable. The computer was well secured and packaged. The highlight when unpacking were the gummy bears! Thanks to the Krotus team for that!

Absolutely recommendable.

I waited 22 days although it said 10-15 working days. If you can't keep to the delivery times, then please write a more realistic delivery time. Then you won't be so disappointed if the part takes 20-30 days. And you still have to ask because you don't get an e-mail. So please reconsider your delivery times or contact your customers if it does take longer.
