I decided not to build my first midi tower PC myself, but to buy it ready-made. During my research, I came across Krotus Computer. I immediately noticed that they offer online advice. This helped me a lot, as I wasn't up to date with the current range of hardware at the beginning. My inquiry was dealt with promptly and the most important points and corresponding offers were quickly discussed and prepared. The website also offers a configurator that I found easy to use. This also gives immediate feedback on the build if something doesn't fit (e.g. size).
Production and delivery took place within a few working days and the goods were well packaged, so there was no need to worry. Plug and play, just the way I wanted it :).
Everything installed and set up, now I'm excited to see what the hardware can do.

The consultation was really great and my wishes were taken into account. It was also unproblematic to make subsequent changes in consultation. I am completely satisfied. PC was virtually ready to go after the graphics card was installed. Gladly again.

Recently now bought the third PC at Krotus Computer. As always, I used the personal consultation and after long conversation we found the right solution for me. The customer service is top, some other online stores or companies can cut off a very thick slice.

The PC was purchased together with the monitor, mouse, keyboard and mouse pad. Everything was very carefully packed and arrived safely - and we all know DHL and their care with packages.

After I had everything ready and the first start went well, I was again convinced of the quality. The recommended sound insulation is absolutely insane. Likewise, the selection of RGB elements is beautifully done.

All in all, I am now for the third time very satisfied with the product, the performance and the service. I will definitely order the next one I buy here again.

During the ordering process, I wanted to change some components. I received an immediate response to my email and the configuration was adjusted according to my change requests. The PC itself was professionally packed and the cable management is impeccable.

The performed stress test confirms the stability of the system and all important adjustments have already been made in the bios. I would also like to mention positively that no bloatware was installed. This is unfortunately not the case with many alternative stores. Therefore, I can unreservedly recommend Krotus Computer.

After almost 11 years, it was time to give my old computer a well-deserved retirement.
Since I didn't want to assemble my computer myself this time, I started looking for a suitable store that would do it for me this time. So my journey began over pretty much every known, big store site with umpteen comparisons, where I was never quite satisfied.

Hello service team, the configuration of my Silent PC's Intel 1700 DDR5 was fun and the 2 consultations has been very good. The delivery via DHL very good - everything O.K. I would order a new PC here immediately :-) Only criticism: Before assembly I would have liked to get a call to discuss my comments eg change the graphics card because of the volume !

Rarely bought so well !!! That starts with uncomplicated and expert advice by e-mail and phone. My ideas and wishes were discussed in detail. I had a desired date for delivery - spot on! The PC arrived perfectly packed. Unpacked, plugged in and since then everything runs perfectly !!!! I have long researched and tried many system integrators and their configurators.
