Als Betreiber einer Multi-Gaming-Community haben wir uns einen verlässlichen Partner für unsere Gameserver gewünscht. Diesen haben wir nun gefunden! Das Angebot wurde fair ausgehandelt und die Leistung überzeugt. Wir hatten anfänglich ein paar Probleme mit einem Gameserver der letztendlich nicht mit KRServers sondern einem Sub zu tun hatten. Herr Kessel stand stets unterstützend zur Seite und konnte das Problem lokalisieren sowie erfolgreich weitermelden und fixen. Der Server läuft und unsere Gamer sind sehr zufrieden. Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit KRServers.

Seit kurzem sind wir mit unserer Organisation Kunde von KRServers und bisjetzt sind wir zu 100% überzeugt. Die Gameserver sind wirklich TOP. Die Var Werte´, sowie der Ping sind durchgehend stabil und Ausfälle gab es bisjetzt noch keinen. Neben den Gameservern haben wir auch einen Teamspeak von KRServers, auch dieser hat eine 100% Uptime und noch keinerlei Probleme verursacht.
Der Kundensupport ist sehr nett und vorallem schnell. Man merkt das man nicht nur eine Zahl ist sondern man wirklich versucht jeden Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Bisjetzt haben wir den Support via Ticket und via Whatsapp angeschrieben und hatten in beiden Fällen innerhalb von ein paar Minuten schon eine Antwort.

Wir geben KRServers deshalb 10 von 10 Möglichen Punkten und oben drauf gibt es noch einen Stern da der Chef uns vor ein paar Tagen persönlich kontaktiert hat um zu Fragen ob wir zufrieden sind. Das ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich und ist uns bei vorherigen Anbietern auch noch nicht passiert.

Super Support, Preis-/Leistung stimmt genauso wie die Performance der Server. Kann ich auf jedenfall jedem empfehlen wer auf Serversuche ist.
