Inquiry for a mini-excavator started and promptly received an offer. Booked rental order and two days later an additional uncomplicated booked. On the rental day, punctual delivery of the friendly employee with clean instruction and handover. A request for short-term extension was complied with uncomplicated. Pickup and billing promptly and friendly. My clear recommendation.

we try to answer the rental inquiries we receive as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it can happen that we miss one due to the large number of mails.
Sometimes our offer emails also end up in spam. It is a pity that we did not talk on the phone, then the irritations could have been solved. Bad points are always given quickly.
If you are Mr. S. from Müncheberg, we sent out an email with a rental offer on 12.6.2023 at 9.27 am.
Maybe it was the offer you wanted.

Hello....
I had to compact soil to lay path slabs there. My own vibratory plate did not want as I, so in the evening around 21 clock (after work) ne mail request to KTG in Chemnitzer Street. In the morning around 9 o'clock with trailer there drove, my vibratory plate was ready to pick up. The best was then, after the very friendly handling in the office, the technician has given me helpful tips to my plate, so that these again problemlos funktioniet. I wanted to give it directly to the repair and maintenance, have thus certainly saved many euros.

Have borrowed a trencher, this did not work because it was 5cm slanted as it was later said. I find it cheeky and sad that the customer is not pointed out that the machine does not tolerate this and so comes to a failure. I had to ask a total of 100 km because I needed a replacement machine. And in the end I was charged although I was not even pointed out when picking up. So I had to pay 60 euros more. Instead of saying we're sorry, we should have told them, they said they had to pay more because we had to repair the device. For me, this company has done as a rental.

I have always found KTG Baumaschinen, which was recommended to me by acquaintances, to be a competent, reputable and reliable service provider. For me as a private person, the possibility to reserve equipment within a reasonable period of time before a rental is worth a lot. My wishes and ideas were met wherever possible, the bureaucracy was kept pleasantly within necessary limits. I have always received the desired information, whether in person, by phone or email, and felt well and friendly served. All agreements were always kept. - From my experience a clear recommendation, which I will use again if necessary.
