Specialist, as Kulturdenkmal also justifiably calls itself, for real estate in beautiful Leipzig locations. Sometimes you notice something that the demand for Leipzig is great and you are one of many customers. Understandably, is so in almost every industry. But then the advice was relatively good and therefore this rating. My tip: Give every customer 95% (100% never goes) and then there are the absolute full stars. Have purchased a very small apartment for the optimization of Cashreservern (which bring nothing at zero interest) on the account, so that yield arises. Rent is also quite good, get about 3.2% with which I can actually be satisfied. If there is cash again, gladly again with the 95%. Best regards to the team.

Has interesting yield properties on offer. I was particularly interested in Dresden and Leipzig. Here I was really well advised. We met in Leipzig, drove together to Dresden, saw the objects and returned. That took about 3 1/2 hours and inspired me as a potential buyer. Time is important for such sums, as I personally find. Also afterwards I was almost always satisfied with tasks (notary contract, financing etc...) or with questions (that was some). Yes, that's actually how I always imagine it.
