Wir sind mit dem Service sehr zufrieden! Nur leider eine größere Wohnung zu bekommen ist sehr schwierig, auf der Warteliste schon länger als ein Jahr. Vielleicht wäre ein Pinnwand im Kundenservice hilfreich, wo die Kunden ihre Wohnungen zum Tausch anbieten können, die sich verkleinern oder vergrößern wollen.

Bei Schäden in der Wohnung/Haus muss man lange auf jemanden warten. Die Treppenhäuser wurden gefühlt seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt und Anschreiben an Sahle werden nach 8 Wochen beantwortet. Bei Problemen mit Nachbarn keine Hilfe zu erwarten. Wer mehr zahlt, deren Seite nimmt Sahle ein. Erreichbarkeit in Gievenbeck nicht möglich. Überfüllte Mülltonnen. Vermiete Geschäftslokale genießen besondere Rechte bei Sahle, nach dem Motto, macht was ihr wollt, wir stehen hinter Euch. Sehr Schade! Mit dem Kundenservice in Gievenbeck absolut nicht zufrieden. Hätte aber alles so schön sein können.
