I really liked the advice I received from Mr. Enrico Seidel, who is extremely friendly, answers every question promptly and excellently, and is always available. I have been going to the Arka SPA for many years, previously with Barbara Reisen, now for the second time with Kurreisecenter. I hope that everything works out very well this year too, because I am taking 2 friends with me
who have booked on my recommendation. I really liked the little gifts that came with the booking: a bag, pen and jelly babies.
