I was looking for a private health insurance, because I entered the civil service on recall. First, I was pleased to get support in a topic that was completely new to me. The consultation itself (data recording) seemed nice and serious. I still had concerns, because the phone call was supported by access on his part to my PC. Nevertheless, the conversation seemed customer-oriented. Due to the fact that I had pre-existing conditions, I was probably not an easy case. Nevertheless, I was promised to have a health insurance in 2 weeks at the latest, even if it was via the opening action. After the first data collection then came in the course of the next days / weeks two more mails, which have again queried data on my part. Thereupon I heard 4 months nothing more. In between, I received a call from another person asking me if I was satisfied with the consultation. I described the situation to him that I still have no offer. He assured me that he would ask and that he would get back to me as soon as possible. However, he did not want to know the name of the consultant. He would find out the name. The end of the story is now: there was no further mail or call, I have meanwhile taken care of a health insurance myself and would not recommend this counseling center after my experience. Perhaps it runs more smoothly without pre-existing conditions.
Whether this page / advice center is now serious, I can not judge. Currently, I rather have the feeling that they have simply taken data from me.
