Due to cancellations because of Corona, Lagraff Reisen was able to obtain for me, but also for numerous colleagues known to me, the quick reversal of the contracts and payment of the deposits made (where possible!) or credit notes. According to my knowledge and also experiences with flights booked by myself, this has been much more difficult as a private person than when booking through Lagraff- Reisen. For me and colleagues, depending on the requirement (price; fast connections or best airlines), the best solutions have always been found, and extremely quickly. In the private travel sector, the company has a strong knowledge of the world and almost all destinations in the world, about which I have exchanged with the owners and the corresponding recommendable regions at the destination and valuable information about the hotels there. Have now booked a cruise, where Ms. Menges-Nett is a specialist and is also very knowledgeable and with the shipping companies to the fullest satisfaction of everything regulated and arranged (eg implementation of club memberships- discounts or various partly additive promo codes). Lagraff Reisen has recommended itself to me privately as a travel agency because they have already mastered business challenges for travel bookings for me and my company several times so outstandingly and the booking platforms of the many travel companies are very different, too complex and just not all information (up to luggage topics for flights < especially in the package sector > or the actual location and category of rooms in the hotels) are not sufficiently represented or only through too many and in each case different filters. There one books already times fast, which one did not want actually or forgets this or that to click, ... and then it happened! And for other destinations in the world also for private travel, Mr. Menges is an all-rounder and widely travelled advice and recommendation. About the personal connection then and now our preferences (room / stars ***** / location / view / ... ) are known and Fa. Lagraff can make the appropriate selection of suitable destinations, hotels and room categories much faster than it is possible via platforms. (one thinks only, one is faster privately > if one counts up the time before the computer and infinite portals, comes there much together, before one then actually durchgefuchst and by all evaluations fought > which one can do independently of the recommendations of Lagraff journeys still :-) ). On accessibility, the premises or parking I can not make any statements, since I have never been on site, live far away and can still keep excellent connection.
