We have been a customer of Landfleischerei Schmelzer for 3 years now. The quality of the products has absolutely convinced us. Not only is everything really delicious, but there are also products that reflect tradition and that you can hardly get anywhere else. What is especially important to us, the products are masterfully seasoned, where nowadays you usually only get salted.
This online store is super customer-friendly and also always has an open ear for its customers.
The goods always arrive fresh and well cooled, are professionally packaged and have an excellent price-performance ratio. Good flavor, spicy and rounded, just delicious.
We have always been very satisfied and can also highly recommend everything, especially, you know where it comes from.

Taste : excellent, price : very good, the Mettwurst I have now ordered 6x, but my favorite is the Cervelatwurst ( it does not get better ) , now also ordered 2 x ham, but not yet tried. Delivery : super fast and customer requests are addressed. Delivery always refrigerated. This will be a long and lasting relationship.

Wild boar liver sausage and wild hunting sausage are excellent in taste. But since there were small bone splinters in both sausages, they are not recommended for denture wearers. Risk of tooth loss great.

I have ordered belly slices (without marinade) several times. Unfortunately, the last and penultimate time the belly slices were very fat! I think about 60-70% fat and bone. This is then unfortunately no longer a pleasure when grilling. Otherwise, I am but mostly very satisfied with the deliveries!

I ordered in midsummer temperatures (29-30 degrees Celsius) among other things roast beef online and was not sure if it was the best idea.
The goods arrived within a day and still had refrigerator temperature .
It was a load off my mind.
The refrigerated packaging works well.
There is no other way to say it : highly professional and safe .

Smoked goods good.Meat quality very bad.Temperature in the package 11.7 degrees PLUS:Could only be used as dog food boiled.Broth stank.A credit was not.Compared to other meat suppliers, the shipping is against all hygiene regulations.Not recommendable.Therefore grade 5

We have ordered for the first time some sausages (game and mouflon salami) and ready meals (Mecklenburg rib roast, soljanka) in the online store. So far we have cut the game salami and today (Easter Sunday) tried the rib roast. Both tasted very good and we are very satisfied with the quality of the goods, their careful and attractive packaging and seasoning. In the case of the game salami, we particularly like the pleasant, appetizing smoky aroma. We are already looking forward to enjoying the other items. We will certainly continue to order from Landfleischerei Schmelzer in the future.

We became aware of Landfleischerei Schmelzer and its products offered in the online store rather by chance. We also immediately found and ordered some sausages (venison and mouflon salami) and ready meals (Mecklenburg rib roast, Soljanka). Ordering in the online store has been absolutely uncomplicated and smooth; all items were delivered extremely quickly within 2 days. So far we have cut the game salami and today (Easter Sunday) tried the rib roast. Both tasted very good and we are more than satisfied with the quality and seasoning as well as the smoke aroma in the salami. We are already looking forward to the other items and will certainly continue to buy from Landfleischerei Schmelzer in the future.
