We felt that we were in very good hands with Mr. Eppendorfer. He responded to our wishes individually, always looked for customer-oriented solutions and at the same time was very open and honest with us. He also accompanied and supported us beyond his consulting/sales activities. He was still available by phone during the entire construction phase and quickly dealt with our concerns and problems. We can definitely recommend him!

Recommendation
Five stars everywhere are a lot. But Lars was a super consultant and was or is always available by phone and helpful. No matter what you have asked him he has always immediately stood by your side and worked on what was still needed. Also, the conversations until the signature were always at eye level and always transparent.

I would recommend anyone who wants to build with HVH immediately.

We can highly recommend Mr. Eppendorfer. Right from the start, we were advised very quickly and very well. A first offer was sent to us directly after the inquiry and since we already had a property, Mr. Eppendorfer looked at the conditions with us directly on site. After we had already obtained many offers from various construction companies, it was quickly clear to us after the discussions with Mr. Eppendorfer that we wanted to build with Heinz von Heiden. Mr. Eppendorfer was very quick to incorporate our wishes and at no time did we have the feeling that something was being imposed on us. Mr. Eppendorfer prepared everything and so it came 3 weeks after the first offer directly to the contract. But even after that we could still count on Mr. Eppendorfer, he also took care of things like surveyors and water/sewage. Mr. Eppendorfer was also our contact person at all times and that helped a lot, especially during the time of Corona 2020.

So far, we can only warmly recommend Mr. Eppendorfer and Heinz von Heiden and are completely satisfied!

He was available at all times, was able to answer all questions competently and generally took a lot of time for us and our wishes. We enjoyed working with Mr. Eppendorfer very much. He is friendly and very competent. Even last-minute change requests were incorporated immediately. He always answered questions quickly and in detail. We particularly liked his floor plan suggestions. He creates these with a software, so that one can imagine the room layout and the house well. He also always had the external aesthetics of the house in mind.
We can recommend Mr. Eppendorfer without reservation.

My personal assessment and evaluation of Mr. Eppendorfer is positive all around.
From the first contact, at the construction fair Chemnitz, to the present time of the construction planning. Everything has been implemented according to my wishes. I am very much looking forward to further cooperation. I hope to continue to be so well supported and as competent as professional advice.

There should be more employees like Mr. Eppendorfer. Keep it up!
