I participated in the open Leadership Excellence Interval Training 2022 and am very happy to have taken this step. Of the total of five training dates in Berlin, I unfortunately had to cancel the 3rd training day due to Corona. As a matter of course, Mr. Rättig gave me some on-line alternative dates, so that I could catch up on the learning content in a compressed way and thus keep in touch with the group.

Through the techniques taught and the regular training of even the most difficult situations, my personal attitude in dealing with colleagues, superiors, co-workers and also with customers has changed permanently. I find this to be an extraordinary relief in my everyday professional life.

Finally, I would like to address all participants of this training: Men, those were great days with you and I am still enthusiastic about the great development we made there. Congratulations to you and congratulations to Lars. I very much hope for further days that build on what we have learned.

There are topics from all areas of the daily work of a manager, which are worked on and trained in depth! I have already done the sales training and got the book. It would be great if there was also a comprehensive reference book on the subject of employee management.
In any case TOP and I can recommend both Lars Rättig and Thomas Sajdak 100%!

Lars is a very accomplished trainer with the necessary emphati and expertise.
His years of experience in sales and dealing with people pays off.
My assumption to receive a dry sales training was more than disproved.
The training was practical and oriented to everyday life. It was not boring and all participants worked with enthusiasm.
Not every trainer is able to evoke this enthusiasm in everyone.
In summary, I can say that the seminar days were in a class of their own!

Good balance of content and time to absorb it - not too slow but not too pushy either; lots of role plays and practical examples; good sparring partner to try out yourself or situations; very good and appropriate feedback.

A lot of material is taught, but at the same time it is always accompanied by a positive feeling. The exercises are very memorable and also help to remember certain situations later on and to act accordingly.

I liked the Sajdak training with Lars Rättig very much. I particularly liked the balanced mix between theory and practice, whether actively involved in a practical exercise / role play or passively as a listener / spectator and feedback giver.
One point that I was very enthusiastic about was Lars' gift of being able to adapt to each of our situations from our practical reports based on his experience and authentic manner and, if necessary, to show us another point of view or an alternative way of conducting a conversation.
Each practical part was followed by an appreciative, motivating comment from the other participants and from the trainer and sometimes also critical tips for improvement.
Due to the increasing Corona numbers, unfortunately only day 1+2 could take place in presence, day 3-5 then took place per teams. The training was so well organized that this was not a hindrance.
Many of the topics addressed were "activated" by the training in my actions, I was able to take some of it already during and now shortly after the training into everyday life and apply it successfully.
A good aid for everyday life are the memory cards handed out for each group of topics, which summarize the essentials once again in addition to our notes.
All in all a super event. It was really a training and not just a lecture / presentation.
I can and will recommend this training and especially our trainer Lars Rättig to every upcoming manager!
