Dear Mr. Wangart,
I would like to thank you and all the trades involved for the wonderful transformation of my premises - my best Christmas present!
Before: A worn out 80's bathroom and guest toilet.
After: I am happy about the result and enjoy it!
Before: A rough idea and horror of having to choose from thousands of options in tiles, fixtures, lamps, radiators, etc.
After: My brilliant bathroom planner Moritz Wangart takes photos during the initial visit, listens with interest and attention, can empathize immediately and presents a proposal after a short time, to which only the joint fine tuning must be made and he himself introduces great ideas that I would never have thought of myself.
Before: "Oh what one must often hear and read about evil craftsmen" (loosely based on W. Busch).
After: They really do exist - competent, reliable and very friendly craftsmen who don't just do things by the book, but think along with me, discuss things with me and motivate me to make subsequent corrections or are immediately on hand in the event of minor mishaps.
- the efficient and committed fitter Mr. Waskow, a veteran of the Lassen company, together with the hard-working apprentice for the successful coordination of the design and the small corrections that were implemented immediately
- the tiling company Kowalk and its employees (for the advice on the color of the grout and for the perfect realization and design of my ideas)
- Mr. Hiller and colleagues for the wonderful color design (a dream in pink, which even men like)
- Mr. Meybrunnn for everything electric and the installation of the optimal lighting
And of course especially Mr. Wangart as planner and director, who always kept the overview and could keep the time management despite extended orders.
A good idea was to simply hand over the key, move in with friends during the renovation and only "peek" now and then to see what the Heinzelmännchen had already done in the meantime. The elevator and apartment were protected from damage and soiling and all neighbors were informed and asked for their understanding.
The principle of "everything from a single source" and the mission statement of the Lassen company have impressed me very much and therefore: gladly again at any time.
