Highest level at all levels. From experience of previous cases, I would have wished for such support earlier. Here it's not do this or do that, but send us the stuff, we'll sift through it and do it. And exactly at this point it is immensely important from my point of view to receive support for both prioritization of the documents or to find things that do not seem so important to me as a layman at the first moment. The holistic 360 degree concept is sensational for me personally and feels almost like a liberation. The identification with the challenges is sensational, I have the feeling that even if I knew which strategy is the right one, I couldn't do it better. Six stars out of five!
