Very very good and friendly customer service, my extra wishes (custom orders )are implemented 100%.
The handmade beds and houses / villa are highly recommended, you have a long time to enjoy it and can clean them very well. My Meeris are happy 😊 and feel pudelwohl with the products from Lazzyys Kuschelshop☺

Of the cottages and villa for guinea pigs I have already ordered many and have never been disappointed. Super quality and you have a long time to enjoy it and the Meeris even more. Also the handmade pads and cuddly things are super easy to care for and made with love. I really recommend anyone who wants to make his animals a joy

We ordered two hammocks for our two male guinea pigs along with a frame and pippipads. The things are high quality and the customer service is great. Mrs. Bergmann-Meßing also responds to individual customer requests, she is really very nice! The hay, which she recently also offers in the online store, is the hammer, we live in Switzerland, but so great hay I have not yet found here.
For Christmas we have ordered two more cuddly sofas, I'm sure they will also meet our expectations.
