First of all, hello from the far north, from the Baltic Sea.
Where do I start and where do I end?
Without SHL and without Mr. Janik and his team (SHL Versicherungsmakler GmbH Munich), we would not have been able to finish our construction and would have been helplessly at the mercy of our developer's insolvency.
SHL, this insurance company and especially Mr. Janik saved our butts.
I think there is no better way to put it in a nutshell.
We had chosen a property developer who was supposed to take care of all the imponderables for us.
Unfortunately, nothing came of it.
On the contrary, everything weighed exclusively on our shoulders from the very beginning and resulted in pure stress and more than significant additional costs (Corona, Ukraine, insolvency of the developer, increased prices, etc.).
Mr. Janik cushioned our and my helplessness and panic with a bear-like calmness and kept our backs free with advice and action and a lot of patience.
The insurance company did the rest and worked very flexibly with SHL and us.
If you don't take out this property developer insolvency insurance from R+V, you are at the mercy of your builder and probably won't be able to even come close to completing your construction if the developer becomes insolvent. Your Volksbank and R+V insurance are your contacts.
A consultation does not hurt and is clarifying and informative.
Just go ahead and take out the policy and don't give it a second thought.
There are certainly many more than unnecessary insurances, this one is vital.
I would like to thank SHL for the great and more than helpful support.
It's really something special when something like closeness, trust and almost friendship can develop over the phone.
Many thanks, Mr. Janik, also for the honest and heartfelt words in your "farewell letter". We would be very happy if everything that you have given us along the way comes true for you as well.
You and your families are always welcome at the Baltic Sea.
We look forward to meeting you in person.
Thank you very much.
