However, our experience has shown that care by a 24 h force is not suitable for all clinical pictures, especially with regard to the different forms of dementia. Thus, the activating care according to the existing possibilities of the person to be cared for and the creation of a structured daily routine is a great challenge. This requires trained personnel.
Housekeeping, care and doctor's visits were always done in very good quality.
All three caregivers were always attentive, responsive, helpful, friendly and had a good knowledge of German.
