It took me a very very long time to get into the whole topic with GF coaching. Liborio nevertheless took the time and explained everything to me over and over again.
I was quite unsure about the whole thing, whether it was really right. But during the conversation he kept me in mind where I was and where I wanted to go. After a very long conversation I decided to go for coaching.
After a few months I realized that it was the right thing to do.
I don't regret anything I have done so far and I would always go back to coaching again.
Even when times are hard Liborio and his guys are available for you.
If you are in a low, they will get you out of it.
My mindset has developed enormously since I started coaching and I now think very differently.
Goals are not wishes, but wishes are the goals and Liborio shows you that again and again.
I am looking forward to the next year. We have planned a lot, structured a lot and I know that we will achieve all our goals.
My recommendation for every young entrepreneur who wants to rise from self-employed to managing director is to take advantage of the team's help!

I have been coaching with Liborio for over a year now and can only recommend Liborio and its COMPLETE team. I like the personal contact and the almost constant accessibility very much. Through this personal and direct contact, it is possible to solve even individual and not just everyday problems. The guys are very well positioned and are always available. Even if I myself have a sag, I am still friendly to tight :-D reminded / motivated to continue to implement my tasks! I look forward to many more exciting projects!

Absolute recommendation for GF of companies. Knowledge from practice instead of from the textbook guaranteed at Liborio. Very good and quick support with important questions and decisions. For my company I was able to develop processes and structures within a short time and achieve a lot of peace in the company. Through good tips and guidance, I found good employees within a short time and achieved more visibility.

It is hard to explain, but such a coaching is only to recommend and the costs just. I can only recommend Liborio and team. I am Hüseyin Kapici, 22 years young, owner and managing director of Merk Elektro GmbH since 01.11.2020 and since about 3 months with Libo and his team in coaching.

We have grown in the 3.5 months from 6 employees to 11 employees!

Before Mission Mittelstand I worked 70-80 hours a week and only 3 months later it was already only 40-50 hours a week. The first few weeks I worked on the sites myself, about 12-14 hours a day, because we couldn't keep up with the work. The Libo showed me how I could go from being a well-paid "employee" in the company to an entrepreneur. From the day I understood this, I never picked up a screwdriver again and concentrated only on systematizing and automating my business. This has saved me about 40 hours a week of time and a lot of unnecessary work. If we can't keep up with the work, we just hire new employees and that's it. My main tasks are to organize everything, to talk to customers and to constantly develop myself and my company. I am convinced that thanks to Libo and his team, in the remaining 8 months of coaching, I will have brought the company so far that it will continue to run without me.

I've been in coaching for a few months now, as a startup, the decision was not easy for me to get involved, because at the beginning there is a lot of new things to do. Nevertheless, I dared the step and decided for the coaching. It was the best decision I could have made. Already now I have implemented systems and structures in my still young company which offer me a huge benefit. The strategies for new customer acquisition help me to really take off with my company and to reach goals, which I would not have thought possible in such a short time without the coaching. I have been coaching for a good three months now and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with Liborio's team.
I get sustainable solutions to all problems and can continue these on their own after the coaching.
This was important to me so that the growth can continue after the 12 months!

The coaching, is for us, a great enrichment.
We have managed to structure our company and create systems.
At the beginning, we doubted a little and did not know exactly whether this coaching really brings something.
