The training is very realistic, even if service assignments are always very individual, it usually hits exactly the right point for optimization.
It also encourages you to find your own solutions instead of choosing clumsy general standard solutions.
I was very positively surprised at how much attention is paid to individual and real-life problems and how good results are always achieved through constructive talks and discussions.

Yes, the seminar met my expectations for the most part. It encouraged me to communicate more thoughtfully with other people and to work more with open questions, especially on the phone.
It was presented in an exciting and entertaining way. There was a lot to take away for the future. The trainer was very friendly and made the lessons very entertaining. I will work on my conversations, improve them, respond better to the customer and take them seriously.
I will recommend the course to others because it provides a lot of input in terms of knowledge and makes it interesting.

Possibly go through more examples of what has already happened to the participants and treat them. It has often happened to me that the lecturer tells something too long about himself or has embellished one or the other story a little too much. Where one then asked oneself: " Ok, what does he want from me now? Otherwise it was a very good workshop, very helpful and excitingly presented.
