I had my 25-year-old gas boiler replaced with a newer model. Upon my request, I received a detailed offer, which was explained to me over the phone. All employees seemed to me very competent and extremely friendly. In one place (regulator), unfortunately, the wallpaper was somewhat damaged, but apart from that was worked cleanly and quickly! The invoice amount was in the end below that of the offer, because it was looked exactly which materials were needed and which were not. I thought that was great too! The scheduling (I was in no hurry) was also great because in the end we scheduled it to fit the gas conversion in my part of town. I received the bill online (no unnecessary "paperwork") and it is also transparently designed. The chimney sweep and local utility were also notified by the specialist company. I also find the offer with a maintenance contract interesting, because then you do not forget any appointments!
