Fortunately, Alexander Tews from the company Lohnlotse e.V. (Lohnsteuerhilfeverein) was recommended to me by my colleagues, and what had the potential to be a long and complicated process turned into something relatively simple and straightforward.

I was particularly impressed by the clear, simple, and precise way in which all the necessary documents and information were requested for the preparation of my tax return. Additionally, the quick and efficient support that Alexander Tews provided with the Finanzamt after my tax return was submitted deserves special mention.

I have already been served by various tax consultants, all of whom have provided decent services. Often, however, the forecasts regarding the tax refund diverged in a coarser way. I have always done my income tax return myself and this year, based on a recommendation from a good friend, I had my return done by Lohnlotse. The employees are always great to reach, are very friendly and helpful and could always help me with my questions. The implementation is totally easy and what can I say, compared to my self-performed declaration I get reimbursed by Lohnlotse 10 times :-) !!! I just had no idea how to get the maximum out and what I can deduct at all. It is a pity that I did not learn about Lohnlotse much earlier. I can absolutely recommend the association, it was definitely worth it and I am really extremely satisfied with the complete service, I will definitely recommend Lohnlotse and always have my income tax return done here from now on. Absolutely TOP!

I have now given the 3rd year the preparation of income tax in the hands of Lohnlotse and am very satisfied with the uncomplicated and fast processing.
In particular, I can recommend Mr. Tews as an extremely competent and professional contact. He answers emails and questions immediately. He automatically checked my income tax assessment and, after an appeal, a considerable sum was paid in arrears.
