After almost 2 years, the air pressure hose for the massage nozzles is probably torn by a Mader. Through a TOP accompaniment of Mr. Hepting via whatsApp and prompt delivery service of a replacement hose I was able to repair this damage myself, although I am an absolute Handwerkslusche - for this again a big thank you! Great customer service after almost 2 years!!!
I researched hot tubs on the internet very long and hard before choosing one from Loocone.
The selection was the best and the configuration was the easiest. The contact after the order to the delivery was great. Everything went wonderfully and smoothly. We are super thrilled with the product itself. We just love our hot tub and can highly recommend Loocone.

When shortly before the end of the warranty period problems with the GRP tub on the HotTub occurred totally unbureaucratic and after only one call the entire HotTub was replaced free of charge within a very short time.

We can only recommend Loocone .
Loocone was one of four suppliers for my purchase request (hottub). From the initial contact (by phone) to delivery, I can only recommend Loocone. Friendliness and competence are here in the first place. Delivery request absolutely met and product met 100% the expectations. Assembly, cleaning and care information partly not in German and on "youtube" were possibly co-providers with more useful information. Boss, however, was always on the phone for information "to have" :-). 100% purchase recommendation!
