First, I founded a communications agency that supported companies in appreciative communication. But I realized that the communication tools alone were not getting enough attention from top management. Communication is not just a means to an end. Communication is leadership. And leadership is communication.
I am convinced that loyal leadership secures the future of a company.
With the management consultancy loyalworks®, I work on both levels - internally in personnel development, with training for managers and team culture, and externally with employer communication to attract candidates and recruit personnel. My observations and findings on how loyalty has a positive impact on leadership and corporate culture were published in 2019 in my specialist book "Royal führen, loyal handeln - Nachhaltige Wertschöpfung für Ihr Unternehmen".
In my day-to-day work, I see managers suffering from everyday challenges, especially when it comes to increasing decentralized collaboration. That is why I have dedicated my second specialist book "Besser führen - Mit Haltung und Vertrauen zu Loyalität" to inner attitudes as a prerequisite for loyal teams and for maintaining mental energy through improved team leadership. I know from my own experience that changing our attitude is part of the maturing process. And the clearer the attitude, the more effective the person.
