Lucas is very competent in what he does. But the best thing is that he doesn't "push" anything on you. As a client, I never really had the feeling of being pressured. There was always enough time to think about it. Have already recommended Lucas to others and the same feedback from my circle of friends.

For me as a layman, it's not that easy to keep track of the insurance market. That's why I'm glad that in Lucas Hanel I've found a broker I can rely on. I particularly appreciate the fact that he has a lot of specialist knowledge, but always explains everything in an understandable way and at eye level. You can just tell that his customers are close to his heart, as he is always on hand to answer questions, for example. Thanks to his open and honest advice, I have now found the right insurance for me three times. I recommend Lucas Hanel 100%.

Mr. Lucas Hanel provides extraordinarily professional and neutral advice, leaves room for questions and perfectly adapts products - as far as possible - to the personal needs of the customers. You can feel the passion for the topic of finance and insurance. Personally, I was advised in the area of pension provision and investment - with complete success. I am very satisfied with the advice from Lucas! Actually, you do not have to say much... Lucas explains everything understandably, simply and leaves no questions unanswered. I just have a great feeling with him because you notice how honest he is and I feel accordingly comfortable with everything! I know it always seems incredulous when everything is perfect, but in my opinion this man is perfect. He answers quickly, understandably and you can be sure that he does his job properly. In addition, he is always available for queries and gives the customer a safe feeling to be in good hands by his authentic and friendly manner :) I would hire this man again at any time and recommend him:)
