We liked the fact that we had plenty of time and space during the viewings to get a comprehensive impression of the property. The information about the property, both in writing and during the on-site meeting, was very comprehensive and all our questions were answered competently.

Overall, we also liked the communication very much, thanks to the balance of proactivity without us feeling under pressure. We could always rely on the fact that deadlines and agreements would be met and that we would be informed immediately about new developments.

We were particularly pleased with the support we received from our bank in the event of queries and with the appointment of the notary, where we were able to rely completely on our estate agent.
