Since 2012 we have been supported with our Lexware by Stefan Holtz and his team. During the more than 10 years our requirements for Lexware have changed several times. Through the good advice and the creative use of Lexware, we were able to replace an aging individual software with Lexware. Since then, we no longer need to worry about the legal security and GoBD compliance of our invoices and accounting. The always competent support by the LX EXPERTs is the perfect complement to our Lexware system!

In 2018, we replaced an outdated administration and invoicing program with Lexware. On the one hand, a logical connection to the old article and customer master had to be maintained, and on the other hand, processes were to become leaner and evaluations more comprehensive. Another challenge was that the municipal utilities are both a plumbing and an electrical company. Thanks to the competent, foresighted and patient support of the LX EXPERTs, the conversion was successfully completed. With additional tools to Lexware, we now obtain complex evaluations effortlessly.

Since the LX EXPERTs have been taking care of our Lexware, things have been running smoothly! I spend a large part of the day in telephone contact with our customers. The additional tool Customer Information System (KIS) is invaluable for price negotiations on the phone. I would never want to do without the tool again!
