Vom ersten Gespräch an hatten wir das Gefühl, fachmännisch und sehr freundlich beraten zu werden. Die Zusammenstellung unserer Wünsche war nicht einfach, dennoch haben wir immer sehr schnell ein Feedback bekommen. Wir können nur sagen: Jederzeit gerne wieder mit M´Ocean planen und verreisen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Reise, die wir gebucht haben, von den Mitarbeiter:innen selbst schon unternommen wurden, so das Erfahrungswerte mit in die Beratung einfließen konnten. Des Weiteren muss ebenfalls betont werden, dass unsere Beraterin im Allgemeinen eine sehr erfahrene, kompetente und angenehme Person ist. Zu allem im Zusammenhang mit der Reise wurden wir exzellent mit den nötigen Informationen versorgt.

M'Ocean und Meer ist uns von einer Bekannten empfohlen worden. Die erste Kontaktaufnahme war schon sehr positiv. Both the SKR round trip in SA and the subsequent vacation in Mauritius were super nice and unforgettable.
The Dinarobin Hotel in Mauritius is really great, and they completely fulfilled our room request (see below), it was heavenly.
The flights and car rental also went smoothly, we are fully satisfied and returned yesterday.

This is not our first trip that we have booked through MÒcean and, as before, we are totally satisfied. Mrs. Hofmann designed a completely new trip for us and took care of all bookings intensively. Any queries or changes were dealt with immediately, and she even responded on Sundays. For us, this was competent, reliable and always friendly advice. We are very much looking forward to the upcoming trip and can only warmly recommend MÒcean.

For my trips, I always did my own research on the Internet beforehand and then went to M'Ocean Reisen with my collection of information, because I don't like booking off the peg. Even in the run-up to the trip, we felt very well looked after by Ms. Niemeyer and Mr. Liersch at all times. They responded to inquiries quickly, competently and in a friendly manner at all times.
The trip itself was excellently organized and harmoniously designed. All transfers went smoothly. The accommodation in Seattle was in the center and was very good. The ship fully met our expectations and the food was excellent. The excursions were all very interesting and made full use of the possibilities of the respective destinations. The absolute highlight was the bear watching excursion, where we were lucky enough to see up to 10 grizzly bears catching salmon. An unforgettable experience!
The tour guide was Mr. Liersch, who was unobtrusive but always approachable and competently pulled the strings in the background. All in all, a trip that can be fully recommended at any time.

We took a trip to Alaska with M'Ocean. The trip met our expectations to our complete satisfaction. Ms. Niemeyer prepared the trip perfectly with all the bookings and Mr. Liersch offered us special experiences in every port with his Alaska expertise. We would like to emphasize the unique experience of bear watching in the wild, which is one of our personal highlights!
