Here is my field report from my collaboration with Ms. M.sc. Psych. Christina Löhnert

I became aware of Christina online.

I started the first sessions with some skepticism and was quickly proven wrong.
My doubts were more about the subject of video counseling - with the appropriate distance to my opposite. However, this had made no problems but on the contrary so you can hold the sessions in his 4 walls (in familiar surroundings) which is optimal for anxiety patients.
Furthermore, Christina immediately caught you from the beginning with her manner.

Christina and I have been working together week by week for more than 1 year now and I can say that I have improved a lot. Everyone deals with it differently. These lines should encourage everyone to take a closer look at Christina. Even if you don't see her 15 years in the business, you can tell relatively quickly by her methods and experience what she has to offer.
I am very very very grateful to her for the countless therapy hours in the past time and will really miss her as soon as our ways will part one day. With a laughing and crying eye as they say.

I am very satisfied with Christina and would like to give her a really good rating. Her professionalism, empathy and expertise helped me feel comfortable and understood. She created a safe and supportive environment where I could open up and build trust.

Christina helped me understand my problems and develop approaches to solve them. She gave me valuable tools to deal with my challenges and identify my mental and emotional needs. Her approach was empathetic but at the same time solution oriented.

I appreciate her professionalism and ability to listen and respond appropriately. She has supported me through difficult times and helped me identify my strengths and broaden my perspective. I feel strengthened by her guidance on my path of personal development.

I am happy to recommend Christina and am very grateful for her support and guidance in my psychological treatment.

I am totally amazed at how well this profiling by Ms. Löhnert reflects me, it helps me immensely to understand myself better. Now I know even more precisely what I can do well and what I should better leave alone, why I am the way I am and thus I can concentrate even more on my strengths.
The analysis was quick and easy to do. The presentation and explanation of the results were perfect, professional and clear. It was really a good investment!

I am incredibly glad that I "ran into" Christina last year. I learned a lot about myself and how I can best deal with my own characteristics and turn them into a positive. The appointments with her were all really incredibly educational, open-minded, candid and eye-to-eye. Her approach to embrace every trait of oneself - as negative as it may seem at first - with a positive attitude and appreciation is really valuable. She is the perfect conversation partner who listens attentively, mirrors things to you and asks the right questions to gain her own insights. In between the appointments there were always little tasks and questions that I dealt with, which then brought me forward again in the next conversation. I can really recommend the work with Christina 100% and would contact her again at any time if I can't get ahead on my own at a point in life. Many, many thanks, dear Christina.

Christina is a very competent, empathetic as well as energetic person, who responds very individually to one's own needs, but can also pull along or guide. Through a good basis of trust and a sustainable approach, a continuous process towards mental strength is already recognizable after a few weeks. Christina Isabella Löhnert - a woman born for the stage. Her subject is poignant and deeply touching. You start to reflect yourself right away and through that you take the steering wheel in your hand. Her slogan: Be the captain of your life is more than true. Professionally very competent, humanly so authentic. A lecture an experience - fortunately I was allowed to experience her on stage several times.

I was able to experience Christina Isabelle Löhnert at a speaker's evening. Very exciting lecture, very emphatic charisma, very important message.
